摘要
从可持续发展的基本视角出发，探讨了我国邮电通信事业可持续发展的内涵及其对法制环境的要求，指出我国应加强国家邮政电信立法，建立健全与可持续发展相适应的邮政电信法律体系。
This paper probes into the connotation of sustainable development of posts and telecommunications of China in view of sustainable development, points out it is necessary to constitute and improve the legal system of posts andtelecommunications according to sustainable development
