就业问题是我国乃至世界的主要社会难题之一。在社会就业资源严重不足的情况下 ,采用多种工时工作制即采用每周不足 4 0小时的工作制作为全岗工作制的一种正式的补充 ,也许是可供选择的办法之一。这对于基本实现社会人人就业 。

Employment is one of the difficult social problems in China and even in the whole world.Under the condition of very poor employment resources,the diverse work-hour schemes,or a scheme of working less than 40 hours a week,can perhaps be adopted as an official complement to the normal scheme of working 40 hours a week,and serve as a kind of solution to the problem.
