经济全球化的新特点及其对策

Economic Globalization, New Features and Policy

经济全球化已经成为当今世界经济发展的一个不可逆转的大趋势。自８０ 年代中期以来，经济全球化出现了许多新的特点，如全方位和加速实现经济全球化；大力发展区域经济紧密联盟来实现经济全球化；以信息、知识、高科技为主要媒介实现经济全球化；世界著名的大企业集团跨国家、跨洲际的全球范围内的强强联合已盛行成风等等。面对经济全球化的大潮，中国的主要问题不是要不要参与，而是如何积极参与。只有正确地认识和把握经济全球化的新特点以及中国面临的新问题，并相应地采取对策，才能抓住机遇，迎接挑战。

Economic globalization becomes a unreversible trend of economical development at present. Since mid period of 1980s, there have developed many new features in economic globalization, such as all around and fast realizing economic globalization, using information, knowledge, hightechnology as main media in realizing economic globalization , etc. Facing to the trend of the economic globalization, the key problems are not if we should take part in it, but how we take part actively. So we can hold the new features of economics globalization and the new issues to China.
