摘要
自７０年代以来，提单欺诈活动日益猖獗，不仅案发率激增，而且造成的经济损失也日益严重。预防与控制提单欺诈及提单制度的改革已不容忽视。因此，国际社会必须对提单制度进行改革，进一步加强与完善提单欺诈风险的防范与补救。
Since 1970, Bill of Lading (B/L) Fraud is getting more and more rampant, it is not onlydoubled the disputes, but also costs serious damage to our economy. So, prevention B/L fraud and perfecting the legal system of B/L is a great task which brooks no delay. In this article, the auther tries todiscuss the types of B/L fraud, perfecting the legal system, prevention and remedy of B/L fraud, and putsforward her own opinions.
