评价英国对欧洲抵抗运动的作用与影响问题必须坚持全面分析与动态考察的原则。实际上，英国对欧洲抵抗运动的作用与影响十分复杂。一方面它在很多方面和某些特定时期或国家、地区成为推动欧洲抵抗运动产生和发展壮大的重要外因；另一方面，英国对欧洲抵抗运动应有的积极作用远未充分发挥，存在实际重视不够、支持不力且不平衡的局限性；还在多种情况下成为欧洲抵抗运动充分、健康发展并获得彻底胜利的障碍。同时，它又是多变的和不平衡的。其性质往往取决于反法西斯战争的战略需要与长远政治利益平衡的结果。

This article attempts to make an overall evaluation of the influences that Britain exerted onthe European Resistance Movement during wartime. It holds that the influences were actually very complicated, changeable and imbalance. On the one hand, Britain's influences were one of the most importantouter factors that gave active impetus to European Resistance. On the other hand, Britain didn't act aswell as expected. And it even constrained European Resistance Movement from developing freely and fromobtaining thoroughgoing victories. But what the influences actual were depend on various conditions, suchas war stages, regions and countries, especially were decided by Britain's short--term strategic objectivesand long--run political considerations.
