The basic modern sports training methods are tools for coaches to complete their specific training tasks scientifically,and they are also the basic approaches for athletes to improve their performances.The author compared the structural factors and characteristics of seven basic training methods.They are repetition,intermittence,lasting,changing,recycling,competition and plateau.
