摘要
选用 1 8~ 2 0日龄昆明种雄性同源小鼠 ,经配对 ,随机分配于运动组与对照组各 4只。按计划 ,运动组活动 8周后 ,同时处死两组小鼠。在脊髓腰骶膨大处取材 ,Niss/法染色 ,光学显微镜观察。结果表明 ,运动组前角细胞的胞核、核仁显著增大 (P <0 0 0 1 ) ;核质比增大 2 5 3 %。
Through experiment in order to learn the influence of sports to strurture in center nervous systemin this article.Eight mices in grouth period into two groups:experiment and Comparison After fifty five days sports to group of experiment.observed that cell body、cell nucleus and meleolus in cells of anterior lateral houn in lumbosacral enlargement by microscope to two groups.Matched 240 cells in each group.The area of cytoplasm was calculated depending on the section area of cells body and nucleus.And finally,the cells nucleus and nucleolus in the group of experiment are larger obviously than its in the group of comparison.It is shown that increasing ability of activity and synthesis of the cells of anterior horn lead to good changes in structure of central nervous system.
