膝关节损伤患者的步态分析

A Gait Analysis of An Athlete with Knee Injury

对一名右膝肌肉轻微损伤的大学生运动员治疗与康复训练前后的步态进行运动学与动力学分析，结果表明，康复前损伤倒肌力下降，运动能力降低，两侧的运动学与动力学参数呈不对称状态，康复后步长，步频与步速明显增加，支撑及双支撑时间及比例减少，地面支撑反作用力曲线相对起伏较小，两侧运动学与动力学指标具有对称的特点。

A gait analysis of a university athlete who suffered light knee injury was made before and after treatment and physiotherapy. The results shows that after recovery the step length, step velocity and the step frequence increased, the duration and the percertage cycle of stance phase and double support phase decreased, the curve of the vertical ground reaction force was flat and there was a natural symmetry between the kinematics, kinetics characteristics of left and right side, but an asymmetrical pattern exist before recovery.
