通过对我国与国外优秀运动员在比赛中封盖对手投篮的比较，发现我国优秀运动员在封盖对手投篮方面与国外优秀运动员存在一定的差距，并从中找出我国队员在此方面产生差距的原因，为提高我国篮球运动员在防守投篮能力提供参考。
