中国社会体育指导需求调查

AN INVESTIGATION ON THE NEEDS FOR DIRECTION ABOUT RECREATIONAL SPORT

以社会调查、文献研究和数理统计及逻辑分析等方法,对目前中国社会体育指导员的需求进行研究。结果表明:目前中国社会体育指导员的状况为:国家级社会体育指导员比例较小,从质量上也不能满足社会需求。中国群众体育中“不会锻炼”和希望“有人指导”及“专人指导”仍是群众体育活动必须解决的主要问题之一。目前我国社会体育指导员体制有待于进一步完善。

By investigating, document searching, statistical calculating and logical analyzing, we studied the needs for direction about recreational sport. The results show that the percentage of national class recreational sport director is low and their quality can not meet the needs of society. The exigent needs for “professional direction” is still one of the main problems in the recreational sport of China. So, the system of recreational sport director of our country needs further consummation.
