胰岛素样生长因子(IGFs)是一类既具有促细胞分化和增殖活性又具有胰岛素样作用的多肽。许多组织在不同阶段都有IGFs 的表达。IGFs 不仅是内分泌因子,还能在组织局部起作用,使许多组织的功能进一步分化。近期研究表明,运动对骨骼肌组织内IGFs的分泌有调节作用,从而引起骨骼肌形态及代谢方面的运动性变化适应。

Insulin like growth factors (IGFs) are a family of single chain polypeptides which are known to exert a number of insulin like metabolic effects and stimulate both proliferation and differentiation of cells.IGFs’ expression in lots of tissues in different stages not only acts as endocrinic factors,but also have their effects on the growth of local tissue. Recently,many papers indicate that exercise can modulate the secretion of IGFs in skeletal muscle and then make muscle occur some exercise adaptation in volume,strength and metabolism.
