摘要
着重就转制过程中遇到的重大问题——国有经营性体育资产的所有权和产权及其主体的界定进行了探讨,旨在通过探索研究,提出有利于国有经营性体育资产保值增值的管理模式。
Discussed the important problem of definiting the ownership and property rights of operational sport assets of nation in order to provide useful model for keeping and increasing the value of operational sport assets of nation.
