摘要
为探索太极拳对老年人的健身意义,该研究对53名老年受试者进行了3年追踪研究。结果表明:老年人常年坚持太极拳运动可调节脂类代谢,降低血脂,增加高密度脂蛋白胆固醇以及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和总胆固醇的比值,增强对心血管系统的保护机制,并可改善以血粘度为代表的血液流变学指标。
The present study carries out a three year follow up research into effects of taichichuan on fitness in 53 older adults.Results show that it can improve lipid metabolism,decrease plasma lipids,increase high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and the ratio of HDL-C to total cholesterol(TC),protect cardiovascular system and improve hemorrheological indicators represented by blood viscosity(BV) to adhere to Taichichuan in older adults.It is absent that BV increases with age in the present research.
