摘要
本实验结果表明:氟组股四头肌PAS反应、SDH活性比对照组(饮用蒸馏水)低,随着硒量增加到适量时(同时加硒加氟组,SEO.5mgg/L、2mg/L)PAS反应、SDH活性升高,但在SE4mg/L组中PAS反应、SDH活性又开始下降。ALP无论有氟组还是加硒加氟组其活性都比对照组强。ACP的活性在氟组比对照组有所增强,而在加硒加氟组中ACP的活性明显降低。LDH在氟组以及SE(0.5mg/L)+F(150mg/L)组中活性都较强,并且在SE(2mg/L)+F(15Omg/L)组中活性表现最强,但在SE(4mg/L)+F(150mg/L)组中活性又开始下降。
Experiment shows the PAS reaction and SDH activeness of NaF group is lower than the comparison group. With the SE increasing to a certain amount, PAS reaction and SDH activeness rise, but in SE4mg/L group, PAS and SDH begin to drop again;ALP activeness in both NaF group and Na2SeO3 & NaF group are stronger than the comparison group;ACP activeness is a bit stronger than comparison group,but in Na2SeO3 & NaF group it faIls remarkably i LDH in NaF group and SE (0. 5mg/L) +F (150mg/L) group is strong, and the str0ngest in SE (2mg/L) +F(150mg/L) group,but it begins to drop in SE (4mg/L ) + F (150mg/L ).
