The Certified Public Valuers Are Becoming the Backbone force of the Appraisal staff

９９５ 年５ 月在我国首次建立了注册资产评估师制度， 使我国的评估师队伍进入一个新的发展阶段，开始与国际惯例接轨。经１９９６ 年、１９９７ 年两次考试和一次考核认定， 共有１４２１２ 人取得注册资产评估师的资格，其中执业注师１２７０９ 人，非执业注师１５０３人。注册评估师制度的实施，已显现出年轻化、智力型、专业结构合理等新的行业队伍特点。

In May 1995, the system of certified public valuers (CPV) was built up in China for the frist time. That made the valuers go into a new developing period and became approach the International standards.After 1 time identification and two times exam in 1996 and 1997, there are 14212 persons getting the qualification of CPV consisting 12709 professional ones. After the enforcement of the system of CPV, the staff team became younger, more intellectual and more professional.
