The distinction and interaction are the two basik principles to judge if difinitons are proper. This article comments on the definition of present market value and finds out some improper words. The author believes that China should introduce the advanced theories from foreign countries and bring the definition of “one asset can bring the most possible price' into the general definition of the present market value.
