摘要
在分析汽轮机损耗规律的基础上， 根据汽轮机的损耗特点， 依据Ｒｏｂｉｎｓｏｎ 定理和Ｍｉｎｅｒ定理，确定汽轮机的蠕变损耗和疲劳损耗。
On the basis of analysing the regular pattern of steam turbine′s wastage and according to the pecularity of steam turdine, appraisers should ascertain steam turbine′s wriggling warp wastage and exhusted wastage by Robinson Theorem and Miner Theorem and other data to measure out the newnessrite.
