A Review of Technique Development of Modern Horizontal Bar and Its' Training

本文通过对现代单杠技术发展历程的回顾,科学预测单杠技术的发展趋势,以把握当今单杠技术发展潮流,从中发现单杠训练中的客观规律,达到科学化训练目的。

In this paper, the developing trend of modern horizontal bar technique has been predicted through reviewing development of modern horizontal bar technique in order to master current technique trend of horizontal bar. Thus the objective regulation of horizontal bar training could be found and the training could be carried out scientifically
