青少年男子举重运动员形态、机能、素质指标的选材研究

A Study of Application of Morphological,Fitness Indices in Youth Weight lifter Selection

对88 名小级别青少年男子举重运动员进行了形态、机能、素质等50 多项指标的测试,在此基础上,进行相关分析和逐步分析。结果表明,(体重+ 胸围)/身高×100、胸围、PW C170、无氧功率、前深蹲、后深蹲等15 项指标与举重竞技成绩的关系非常密切,相关系数均在0.70 以上。经回归分析,得到形态、素质和形态、机能、素质3 个回归方程式。

A correlation and regress analysis was made on the base of 50 morphological,fitness indices tests conducted to 88 youth light class weight lifter.The result shows that there are 15 indices among these 50 indices are closely related with the weight lifter's performance.With regress analysis,three regression formulas between indices and performance are set up and could be used in the talent selection and training.
