运用营养战略推迟运动性中枢神经系统疲劳的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 近年来,运动性中枢神经系统(CNS)疲劳的研究取得突破性进展。大量事实证明,大脑5-羟色胺(5-HT)是构成运动性疲劳的重要介质。有些研究者设计营养方法以削减大脑5-HT的合成,推迟运动性疲劳的出现,本文拟就这一领域的研究现状做一综述。 In recent years, a breakthrough has been made on the research of exercise fatigue of CNS. A number of facts have proven that serotonin in the brain is an important medium which leads to exercise fatigue. Some researchers have designed nutritional methods to reduce the composition of serotonin in the brain and delay the occurring of exercise fatigue. The article tries to give a general summary of the present status of the research in this field.
