中药营养合剂治疗运动性贫血的效果观察

A Survey on the Effectiveness of the Treatment for the Cyclist Suffering from Anaemia with Chinese Medical Nutritious Agent

本文采用世界卫生组织（ＷＨＯ）规定的贫血临界值，即女子血红蛋白值（Ｈｂ）＜ １２０ ｇ／Ｌ，男子Ｈｂ＜ １３０ ｇ／Ｌ，作为诊断运动性贫血的标准。运用自制中药营养合剂在各训期间对福建省女子自行车队的运动员进行服用并跟踪观察，通过本所化验室在服药前、后进行的Ｈｂ 值的测验结果发现，在服用本药期间，在不增加食品营养的情况下，不论是贫血或非贫血运动员的Ｈｂ 值都有不同程度的提高，尤其是贫血运动员的效果更为明显。对不同服药阶段的检测值进行比较发现，其疗效稳定，无副作用。

The article adopts critical value termed for anaemia stipulated by WHO, that is for female with (Hb)<120g/l and for male with (Hb)<130g/l as the criteria for diagnosis of anaemia by motion. The author prescribed a Chinese medical nutritious agent for Fujian provincial female cyclist to take in during the winter training and made a tracing survey. By the test of lab, the author found that the Hb value in those cyclist in the period of taking agent under the case with no more nutritious foodstuff added were increased in different scale, no matter how they suffered from anaemia or not. The effectiveness on the treatment for cyclist who suffered from the anaemia was significant. By comparing the test data in different period, the effectiveness on the treatment was stable. No side effect appeared.
