摘要
使用锻炼感觉量表(ETI)和心理健康诊断测验(MHT)等研究工具,通过实验比较的方法,旨在研究个体参与不同强度锻炼的心理效应及其与心理健康之间的关系。实验结果表明,身体锻炼有助于调节身心矛盾,增强心理健康。不同年龄、性别的个体,为了取得较大的锻炼心理效应和获得更强的运动愉快感,应合理安排与选择运动强度。
In this study,the Exercise-Induced Felling Inventory(EFI)and the Mental Health Test (MHT) are used to study the psychological effects of different exercise intensity and it’s relation with mental health through the method of experimental control.Such results have been secured:Exercise can regulate the conflict of body and mind, and enhance mental health.In order to attain larger exercise induced felling and better enjoyment,people of different ages and gender should properly choose and arrange exercise intensity.moderate intensity is more suitable to the public.
