全面实施经济国际化战略

随着我国加入WTO步伐的加快 ,制定适应新形势的经济国际战略成为各省市必须及早考虑的问题。这里发表山东省省长李春亭的文章 ,从对外开放工作面临的新形势、加强跨国公司的合作、加快开发区建设、市场开拓、人才开发、开放环境等六个方面介绍了山东省实施经济国际化战略的基本思路和总体部署。

With the expediting of China's joining WTO, we must consider, according to the new conditions, the formation of suitable strategy for economic internationalization. The article is written by Lichunting, Governor of Shandong Province and introduces the fundamental ideas of implementing the strategy of economic internationalization in Shandong Province mainly from 6 aspects, including: new situations faced by opening-to-outside, strengthening cooperation with tans-national corporations, expediting district construction, market expansion, introduction and development of personnel and environment for opening-to-outside.
