中国就业发展:从二元就业到现代化就业

中国就业发展方面的主要问题是长期凝固和发展迟滞的二元就业结构。人们虽然对这种特殊的二元就业结构形成的观念、历史、社会、体制等主客观原因作过不少探讨 ,但是对于二元就业结构对中国经济现代化进程的严重影响似还欠分析。长期二元就业导致了社会经济分工不足、人力浪费、效率低下、增长迟缓和失业严重等问题。中国必须尽快从二元就业走向现代化就业的发展道路。

The main problem in employment in China originates from dual employment structure of long-term solidification and sluggishness. Though discussions have been made on subjective and objective causes such as concept, history, society and system, analysis on severe influence by this dual employment structure on the progress of Chinese economic modernization is far from sufficient. The long existing dual employment structure has led to many serious problems such as insufficient economic division, waste of labor, low efficiency, sluggish increase and unemployment, etc and China must progress to modern employment ways from the old dual employment structure.
