文章从现状出发，结合教育改革的新形势、新要求，确定了本系办学目标，并指出 实现办学目标的基本思路是狠抓师资队伍建设这个关键，带动全局，在落实教育改革和提高 教育质量上狠下功夫。
After analyzing the present situation of the department of tourism a dministration, such as its teaching, academic research, students and admimistrat ion, the paper suggests a goal for the department's development. The author beli ves that the realization of the goal lies in the key matter: the construction of the teaching staff and the improvement of teaching quality.
