文章提出金融投资系教学改革的基本思路：实施“知识－素质－能力”的人才培养 模式；建立一支高素质、结构合理的师资队伍；制定先进的人才培养方案和教学计划；以教 学为中心，以科研促教学，改进教学方法和教学内容，不断提高教学质量；创新教学实践模 式，努力实现学校育人机制与企业用人机制的对接。

The paper puts forward some new concepts concerning the teaching ref orm of the Department of Finance ＆Investment. They are: implementing the talent －training mode──“knowledge－quality－capability', forming the teaching staff of high quality and proper construction, forming the advanced talent－training programs and advanced teaching plans, reformimg teaching methods and contents to improve the teaching quality, and creating teaching and practice moldes to make the mechanism of teaching talents fit for the mechanism employing talents.
