通过分析思想品德与创新人格的内在关系、应试教育对大学生创新人格发展的影响 ，提出当前加强思想品德课教学，培养大学生创新人格的目标、任务与方法途径。

：Based on analysis of internal relationship between ideological moral s and innovative style personality and influence of test－oriented education on the development of students' innovative style personality, this paper puts forwa rd the goal, the tasks and the method of cultivating college students' innovativ e style personality by strengthening the education of ideological morals.
