：This paper mainly discusses the matter of cultivating professionals in the field of computer science and technology in the era of knowledge economy from the aspects of educational ideas, textbook organization and teaching method s. The author thinks that cultivation of computer professionals should stress on manual operation and the fact that relationship between the teachers and the st udents is complementary. Experiment environment is the important base for cultiv ating students' innovative ability. Cultivating students' individual character i s the new requirement of computer education.
