On the Mode of “Social Practice Union of College Students”

随着社会和经济的发展，大学教育迫切需要一种更直接、更有效、更普遍的新的方 式。笔者在多年的教育、教学工作中逐步摸索出一条团学工作社会化的途径和方法，即建立 “大学生社会实践联合会”来逐步建立和完善大学教育中能力素质培养体系。

The development of the society and the economy needs a more driect,m ore efficient method of college students education. The author has found such a method in her work, that is, establishing “social practice union of college stu dents”to improve the system of capability education in colleges.
