Thinking on Legislation of Introducing Foreign Bank after WTO Entry

为适应中国加入WTO引进外国银行的需要，为建立健全我国金融法律体系，以保障 金融业的合法权益，防范和减少金融风险的发生，本文借鉴新加坡等外国金融法律监管措施 ，为我国建立《外国银行法》提供更多的思路。

In order to join WTO and import FOREIGN BANK, in order to build up th e finance and law system of China and protect the legal right of finance, we mus t defend and reduce the financial risk. The author uses the law supervision meas ure and experience of Singapore and other countries to provide more consideratio n for our country so as to build up the FOREIGN BANK law in China.
