试论人口老龄化过程中我国城镇职工养老保险的可持续发展

On Sustainable Development in Township Workers' Old-Age Insurance of China in the Course of Population Ageing

伴随着人口老龄化程度的日益提高，改革我国城镇职工养老保险制度，以迎接人口老龄化高峰期的到来，已成为当前亟待解决的问题。本文通过对我国城镇职工养老金基金需求的分析，着重探讨了实现我国城镇职工养老保险可持续发展的若干思路。

Along with the degree of population ageing increasingly rising,the reform of township workers' old-age insurance institutions of China to meet the coming of the peak period of population ageing, has become an urgent problem. On the basis of the analysis of the demand of China's township workers' pension fund, this paper mainly analyzes some thoughts about sustainable development in township workers' old-age insurance of China.
