地下室工程施工新技术

New Construction Technology in Basement Project

当前的工程设计中 ,设有地下室的工程愈来愈多。而采用传统的施工方法进行地下室工程施工 ,无法避免地下室墙体出现诸如开裂、渗水等质量通病 ,严重影响到建筑的正常使用。本文以南京禄口机场航站楼为例 ,重点介绍地下室及基础工程的顶底板、墙、柱、顶板梁、防水等方面的施工新技术 。

Projects with basements are increasing at present. Traditional ways for the construction of basements can't avoid such poor qualities as crack and leakage walls, which will affect the projects considerably. Taking the building of Nanjing Lukou Airport as an example, the thesis mainly introduces the new construction technology of basements, the roof slabs, walls, pillars, roof beams and waterproof; it will also serve as an model for the construction of other basements projects.
