摘要
本文从分析实现海湾陆源排污总量控制面临的问题入手 ,介绍了对海湾自然、人文多要素综合 ,对污染扩散和纳污能力计算的可视化和信息化管理的GIS平台快速评价系统的设计步骤。
To follow the principles of the total mass control over the pollutants is the key to solving the serious environmental problem in the near shore areas, especially the bay adjacent to the city. Based on the GIS platform, the quick assessment system can store the nature attributes of Jiaozhou Bay and economic factors together to support the visualized calculation of the capability for the mass of pollutants so as to keep the sustainable use of the bay.
