摘要
本文分析衢州市粮食生产现状的基础上 ,提出粮食生产要实现可持续发展必须加强基础设施建设、制订特殊政策、应用现代技术。
By summarizing 48-year experiences of grain production in Quzhou municipality, the article analyzes the special functions and roles played by grain production in rural economic development; the strategic thoughts, which emphasizes the three aspects of infrastructure construction, special policies and modern technologies, and major technical measures for grain sustainable development are also illustrated.
