摘要
本文主要从上海市城市建设过去的状况、现在的发展和未来的目标等几个方面对城市减灾管理进行讨论。并从适应上海市社会经济可持续发展的需要出发 ,对如何进一步加强和完善上海市的城市减灾管理提出建议。
In this paper, the authors discussed the historic shortcomings and recent achievements of disaster management in Shanghai, and pointed out that to handle disaster management very well in Shanghai is complicate, arduous and necessary for the socioeconomic sustainable development in Shanghai. Finally, some suggestions were put forward to improve the integrated disaster mitigation abilities for Shanghai and to support the construction of Shanghai as an advanced international metropolis.
