近年来,我国未成年人犯罪问题已引起了社会各界的普遍关注,深入探讨未成年人犯罪的特征,在理论上可以为《预防未成年人犯罪法》的正确实施和不断完善提供依据;
In recent years in China, juvenile delinquency has drawn universal attention of people at all levels. A deep probe into its characteristics can not only provide basis for the implementation and perfection of Juvenile Delinquency Prevention Act in theory, but also do a lot to prevent and curb juvenile delinquency in practice.
