高校合并是一个循序渐进的过程,从合并工作的起步到合并成功,中间需要经历若干步骤和采取各种措施。
The amalgamation of colleges and universities is a process advanced step by step. Several steps are needed and some measures should be taken from the beginning to the end. This paper sums up the procedures of the amalgamation of colleges and universities from a large number of examples.
