摘要
分析我国实施可持续发展战略的时代背景，阐释我国可持续发展战略的基本措施，提出其间存在的主要问题及发展前景。
This paper first analyzes the times' background of implementing sustainable development strategy in our country, then expounds the basic measures of our country's sustainable development strategy, and finally propoes the main problems existed in it and its developmental prospec.
