摘要
本文通过对中外企业外贸组织模式的研究,提出了企业内部市场化思路,并运用于中国大型企业中以母子公司模式为基础的外贸子公司组织新模式。
On the basis of studying on Chinese foreign enterprises external trade organization models, this paper proposes the idea of enterprises internal marketability and applies it to external trade subsidiary in Chinese large industrial enterprises, which based on parent subsidiary, to organize new models
