高校德育工作是加强学生思想政治教育和管理，培养跨世纪人才的迫切需要，也是一项复杂的系统工程，因此，必须深化德育课程教育改革，加强师资队伍建设，强化育人过程管理，完善学生工作管理机制，开创高校德育工作和学生工作新局面。

Moral education in colleges and universities is an urgent demand of strengthening students' ideological & political education and administration as well as nurturing high quality talents for next century. It also is a complex system engineering, so we must strengthen reform of moral education curricula, reinforce construction of teachers procession, intensify process management, perfect students' administration mechanism and do our best to initiate a new prospect for moral education and students' affairs administration in colleges and universities.
