Construction of Technology Transfer Function and Dynamic Depiction of Foreign Direct Investment

通过选择合适的替代变量，引入了显性形式的技术转移函数，建立了带有技术转移函数的生产函数模型。分析了传统的U—模型存在的缺陷，讨论了经济的动力学行为，给出了模型动态特性的刻划。

Technology transfer function is set up in this paper, we got the productive function model with technology transfer function and depicted dy-namic character of the model, and discussed the existence and stationary of stead-state apilibrium.
