摘要
大学青年教师自我价值感及其培育方法,正在引起社会的广泛关注。本文在国内外心理学家对自我价值感研究的基础上,界定了自我价值感及特点;阐述了高、低自我价值感大学青年教师的心理品质、认知与行为方式;提出了高、低自我价值感大学青年教师培育正面、健康自我价值感的有效方法。
Young college terehers’self-eseem and its nurturing measures have been bringing about more comprehensive care and attention from the society, based on domestic and foreign psychologists’research achievements of self-esteem, this paper offers the definition of seif-esteem and its characteristics,and expains explicitly the psychological virues, cognitive methods and behavioral style of young college terehers with high self-eseem or low self-esteem. The pa-per also puts forward effective measures to cultivate positive and healthy self-esteem for those young college teachers.
