In this paper, we present a circuit and electronic technical CAI software system in which the whole insturction achvities (teaching, experi-ments and tests) and multimedia (words, graphs, images, animation and sounds) are integrated, and expound the developing process of each function module.This system is possessed of character in easy-operation, casy-maintenance and expandability, it will serve the course of circuit and electronic technical very well.
