Several suggestions on policies of environment and economy for realizing sustainable development of water resource in our country

本文结合资源可持续发展的观点,以我国黄淮两大河流域为例,对我国水资源管理现状进行综合评价,分析其问题产生的经济、政策根源,并提出政策建议。

Combining with the viewpoint of sustainable development of resource and taking valleys of Huanghe and Huaihe Rivers as examples, the authors comprehensively evaluate the present state of water resource administration in our country; and analyse the root cause in economy and policy of their problems; and give suggestions on policy.
