摘要
用ASG 法对高粱(Sorghum vulgare pers) 品种竹叶青、郑粱2 号、忻粱7 号和甜杆G的根尖细胞染色体进行G- 显带,结果在每条染色体近着丝粒区域显示清晰的带纹- 在每对同源染色体中,两成员的G- 带带型相同- 比较四品种的G- 带带型,各号染色体短臂显示的带数基本相同,但第3 至第7 号染色体长臂所显示的带数不同- 四个品种单倍体染色体组G- 带总数分别为46 、42 、47 和48 条- 本文还对高粱染色体G- 带带型分析在高粱进化、分类的研究和在杂交亲本。
The chromosome of sorghum vulgare pers in four cultivars, that is, zhuyeqing, zhengliang 2、xinliang 7 and Tiangan G, were treated by an ASG method The results showed that the bands appeared at the regions near the centromeres in each chromosome are clear The G-bands patterns between homologous chromosomes are the same in number, size and staining degree of bands The number of G-bands is similar on shrot arms of each chromosome but is different on long arms from 3 to 7 chromosome among four cultivars All numbers of G-bands of haplothromosome qenome are 46、42、47 and 48 in the four cultivars respectively The application about G-bands patterns of sorghum were discussed in studies of evolution and classification, selection of parentals and identification of hybrids
