Conflicts and Cooperation: Impact of World Integration on International Relation

本文认为：国际一体化的发展加深了国际社会相互依存的趋势，使国内政治经济与国际政治经济的联系更为密切，国家之间的共同利益增加，从而为国家间的合作提供了更为广阔的前景；国际一体化的发展冲击着传统的国家主权观念，促使世界各国在国家主权问题上越来越倾向于采取开放和积极的态度，从而在更多领域使合作有可能取代冲突成为国家间关系的主流；但国际一体化的发展不可能消除国家间的矛盾与冲突，在新形势下，区域一体化内部成员之间及其与外部成员之间、不同区域集团之间的矛盾与冲突凸现出来。

Abstract This articles holds that the progress of world integration is deepening the trend of inter-dependence among different countries, making political economy at home and abroad even more closely related. Therefore, the increasing mutual benefits provide a much more bright perspective for international cooperation. Nevertheless, as cooperation increases, the traditional concepts of sovereignty is challenged, too.In response to this phenomenon, many countries are trying to adopt more positive policies in dealing with problems of sovereign rights, making it possible to replace conflicts with cooperation. However, world integration can not entirely wipe out contradictions or disputes. Under this new situation, new conflicts tend to arise among members inside regional circles, or between different regions.Likewise the south-north conflicts are also on the rise.
