２１ 世纪人类社会将全面进入知识经济时代，信息产业将是知识经济的基础，软件产业又是信息产业的核心。软件产业的规模和水平已经成为一个国家科技发展程度和综合国力的重要标志之一。文章介绍了国际软件产业的发展状况，尤其是印度软件出口业的发展状况，结合我国软件产业的现状，分析和探讨了我国软件产业的优势和存在的问题。

The development of human society in the 21st century is coming into an era of knowledge economy which is based on the information industry.The software industry is the core part of the information industry.Its scale and level are becoming one of the important symbols of a countrys overall national power and the extent of the development of science and technology. This paper introduces the status of the international software industries,especially that of Indian software export industry.Associated with the current status of Chinas software industry,this paper analyzes and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of our software industry, and consequently puts forward suggestions of how to develop our software exportation.
