摘要
当人类即将跨入２１ 世纪之际，中国的职业技术教育既取得了历史上前所未有的辉煌成就，也面临着诸如择业观念超前、就业压力增大、社会追求高学历以及科学理论乏力、舆论环境欠佳等方面的严峻挑战。我国职业技术教育在未来发展中，应在转变观念、体制创新、完善条件等方面采取措施，加大改革力度。
When human kind is coming into the 21st century,Chinese vocational and technical education (VTE) has made an unprecedentedly great achievement in history and faced severe challenges such as the advance notion of choosing career,the increased pressure of employment,the pursuit of high record of formal schooling in society,the weak scientific theory,the unfavorable public opinion so on.So in the future development of leading VTE in our country,measures should be taken in transforming notion,bringing forth new ideas in system,perfecting conditions and so on.We should strengthen reformation,which can make it play an important role in sending more high quality talents for modernization construction of our country in the new century.
