摘要
可持续发展与科教兴国是我国现代化建设的两个重大战略。实施可持续发展战略必须依靠科技进步和劳动者素质的提高。科技是关键，教育是基础，通过实施科教兴国战略，一是为实施可持续发展战略提供重要条件和基础；二是为实施可持续发展战略提供持续动力；
The strategy of sustainable development and of “revitalizing the nation through science and education” is of great significance in China's modernization construction.Only based on the advance in science and technology,together with the improvement of the quality of labourers,can we implement the former strategy.The implementation of the latter strategy will lay solid foundation for the former,provide it with necessary conditions and sustained motive force,and support it with viewpoints of values.
