摘要
劳动就业问题始终是困扰世界各国的重大经济和社会问题。为推进再就业工程的落实 ,建立有中国特色的就业和再就业机制 ,对西方就业和再就业机制的三个主要方面进行了分析 。
The problem of employment is always an importanteconomic and social problem thatstrands the world. Our country is in the process of economic transformation and reform,therefore,this problem is obviously an re- markable one atpresent,for the pressure of employm entis very heavy.This paper analyses the three key links of the employm entand re- em ployment mechanism in Western countries and puts forward the authors′opinions in or- der to m ake use of their experiences and lessons and establish the employm entand re- employm entm echanism with typical Chinese characteristics
